UNITY NETWORK TERMS AND POLICIES
If you want to use Unity Network website, products and services, you must agree to follow and be legally bound by the terms and policies described below.
BECOMING AN AFFILIATE MEMBER
To become a Unity Network affiliate member, each applicant must:
• Subscribe to one of the product packages of Unity Network.
• Promote and sell Unity Network products and service to end consumer customer.
• Be at least 18 years of age (If you are below the age of 18, you may use our website only with the permission and active involvement of a parent or legal guardian.)
BENEFITS OF BECOMING AN AFFILIATE
Once you become an affiliate member, list of benefits will become available to you. These benefits include the right to:
a. Promote and sell Unity Network products and services;
b. Participate in the Unity Network Reward Plan (the right to receive bonuses from the sale of Unity Network products and services);
c. Refer other individuals as affiliates into the Unity Network affiliate program and build a marketing organization;
d. Receive periodic Unity Network literature and other Unity Network communications like email newsletters and sms broadcast;
e. Participate in Unity Network-sponsored support, service, training, motivational and recognition functions, upon payment of appropriate charges, if applicable; and
f. Participate in promotional and incentive contests and programs sponsored by Unity Network for its affiliates.
OPERATING AS AN INDEPENDENT AFFILIATE OF UNITY NETWORK
As an independent affiliate of Unity Network, it is your obligation to ensure that your online marketing and promotional activities are ethical, truthful, and are not misleading potential customers or potential affiliates in any way.
Affiliates are required to state/show proper income disclaimers when creating their own promotional videos and literatures discussing income and commissions.
Affiliates are not allowed to offer or promote Unity Network products or services in combination with any other NON-Unity Network products, services and opportunity.
Affiliate may not offer any NON-Unity Network products, services or opportunity at any Unity Network-related meeting, seminar, events, webinar, group pages, teleconference, function.
Affiliates are not allowed to collect any payments from prospective clients or customers. Only payment accounts listed in the official Unity Network website can be used for accepting payments.
As an affiliates you agree not to use Unity Network trademarks and marks in any unauthorized manner.
As an affiliate, you agreed to receiving regular email news letter, email promotions and sms promotions from Unity Network.
CROSS SPONSORING / CROSS RECRUITING
Affiliates may only have one sponsor/referrer. Unity Network does not tolerate cross sponsoring of other Unity Network members.
“Cross sponsoring” is defined as the enrollment into a different line of sponsorship of an individual, or business entity, that already has a signed Agreement with Unity Network.
Actual or attempted cross sponsoring is not allowed. If cross sponsoring is verified by Unity Network, sanctions up to and including termination of an affiliate’s account may be imposed.
If an affiliate wants to change his or her sponsor/referrer, they can only do so if they meet these conditions.
1. 3 levels of sponsorship are inactive.
If one of these conditions are met, member can change his/her sponsor voluntarily by deactivating your current account and wait untill 30 days to be allowed to sign up again for a different sponsor/referrer.
PARTICIPATION IN OTHER COMPANIES & PROGRAMS
Unity Network affiliates are not restricted to participate in other affiliate, multilevel or network marketing business ventures or marketing opportunities. If an Affiliate is engaged in other non-Unity Network programs, it is the responsibility of the Affiliate to ensure that his or her Unity Network business is operated entirely separate and apart from any other program. The list of rules must be follow:
• Affiliates may not use the Unity Network system, services, or back office to send communications regarding a non-Unity Network business or opportunity;
• Affiliates shall not display Unity Network promotional materials, sales aids, products or services with or in the same location as any NON-Unity Network promotional materials, sales aids, products or services.
• Affiliates may not offer any NON-Unity Network products, services or opportunity during Unity Network meetings, seminars, conventions, webinars, or other Unity Network sponsored events.
• Affiliates shall not offer the Unity Network opportunity, products or services to prospective or existing customers or affiliates in conjunction with any non-Unity Network program, opportunity, product or service.
RECRUITING OTHER DIRECT SELLERS
When recruiting or soliciting participants in other direct selling ventures to either purchase Unity Network services or to participate in the Unity Network opportunity, affiliates must not encourage such persons to terminate or violate any term or condition of any agreements that they may have with other direct selling or network marketing companies.
Should an Affiliate engage in such activity, the affiliate bears the risk of being sued by the other direct sales company. If any lawsuit, arbitration or mediation is brought against an Affiliate alleging that he or she engaged in inappropriate recruiting activity of its sales force or customers, Unity Network will not pay any of the affiliate’s defense costs or legal fees, nor will Unity Network indemnify the affiliate for any judgment, award, or settlement.
INCOME TAXES
As an affiliate of Unity Network, your income is subject to BIR’s Expanded Withholding Tax.
What is Expanded Withholding Tax?
Expanded Withholding Tax is a kind of withholding tax which is prescribed on certain income payments and is creditable against the income tax due of the payee for the taxable quarter/year in which the particular income was earned.
What income payments are subject to Expanded Withholding Tax?
Commission, rebates, discounts and other similar considerations paid/granted to independent and exclusive distributors, medical/technical and sales representatives and marketing agents and sub-agents of multi level marketing companies.

All your income as an affiliate (sales representatives and marketing agents) of Unity Network are subject to Expanded Withholding Tax.
Unity Network is required by the law to remit 10% of your gross comissions to the government.
You are responsible for paying all the remaining income taxes that you owed to the government on any commissions that you receive from Unity Network.
For more information about withholding tax and income tax and Philippines tax laws, affiliates should consult with a tax accountant, tax attorney, or other tax professionals.
PRIVACY POLICY
Any personal information that you provide to us is privacy protected. Your information will never be shared or sold to anyone. Member’s personal information is stored on secure servers. We make every effort to ensure this information remains uncompromised.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
If the product or services that customer bought are defective customers are entitled to either an exchange or refund. Only defective products bought from this website can be returned or exchanged. Under the IRR of RA 7394 (the consumer act of the Phil.) “a change of mind on your part does not entitle you to a refund or exchange”.
If you are subscribe with any of our subscription product or service, you may cancel your membership at any time either by submitting a ticket at our support site, contact via e-mail or by telephone. As a member, you are responsible for ensuring a cancellation request is received and processed.
ANTI-SPAM POLICY
Unity Network strictly prohibits its members from using spam and other forms of internet abuse to seek referrals. Spam is defined as including, but not limited to, the following:
– Electronic mail messages addressed to a recipient with whom the initiator does not have an existing business or personal relationship or is not sent at the request of, or with the express consent of, the recipient;
– “Unsolicited commercial email” (UCE), while regarded as legal in some jurisdictions, is regarded as spam by most Internet service providers (ISPs), and may not be used to promote Unity Network.
– Messages posted on social media sites, message boards, and forums that are offtopic (unrelated to the topic of discussion), cross-posted to unrelated newsgroups, or posted in excessive volume, or in violation of the Usenet, message board, or forum rules;
– Inappropriate solicitations posted to chat rooms, or to groups or individuals via Internet Relay Chat or “Instant Messaging” system.
MODIFICATIONS AND TERMINATIONS
These terms and conditions may change from time to time. If such changes are made, they will be effective immediately. We will notify you by email and by posting a notice in our home page of the changes that have been made. If you disagree with any of the changes that have been made, you should not use our website.
We may terminate these terms and conditions of use for any reason and at any time without notice to you.
If you are concerned about these terms and conditions of use, you should read them each time before you use our website. Any questions or concerns should be brought to our attention by submitting a support ticket from your back office and providing us with detailed information relating to your concern.

We claim all property rights, including intellectual property rights, for all our content and you are not allowed to infringe upon those rights. We will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law anyone who attempts to steal our property.
You agree NOT to copy any content from our website without permission. Any requests to use our content should be submitted to us by submitting a support ticket from your back office and providing us with detailed information relating to your concern.
INCOME DISCLAIMERS
Unity Network makes an effort to accurately represent all the products and services offered in this website; including, but not limited to, mindset training, success training, marketing training, and marketing tools. We also offer an affiliate program which pays a commission for referring sales. Unity Network pays a commission base on our current reward plan. As with any reward / compensation plan, your results may vary, and will be based on your individual capacity, business experience, expertise, and level of desire.
We don’t believe in get rich programs, only in hard work, adding value and serving others. Our products and services are intended to help you in your business. There are no guarantees concerning the level of success you may experience.

VIOLATION
Violation of any term of this policies or any illegal, fraudulent, deceptive or unethical business conduct that may damage the reputation or goodwill of Unity Network may result in one or more of the following corrective measures:
• Issuance of a written warning or admonition;
• Requiring the Affiliate to take immediate corrective measures;
• Suspension of the individual’s Affiliate Agreement for one or more pay periods;
• Termination of the offender’s Affiliate Agreement;
Suspension and/or termination of the offending Affiliate’s ability to access the Unity Network website back office. In the event suspension of account is issued, commissions will be withheld until such time that the suspended account is reinstated or the Affiliate Agreement is terminated. The reason for this is to keep everyone honest in their dealings and allegations of wrongdoing.
