Perhaps the Practicum should be done in the summer. That way, you won’t need to overload students in their first two years. Also, with ethics in the last semester, you may need units in Theology during the first year. Anyway, it’s just a suggestion.
I wonder how many high school graduates will want to enroll or get a degree in Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management (BS REM). Given the cyclical nature of the real estate industry, will young people want to invest 4 years of their lives, so that they make take and pass the Real Estate Brokers’ Licensure Examinations of the PRC and become licensed real estate brokers in the Philippines?
