Now there’s some comforting news. In spite of the financial crisis, internet advertising grew 10% in 2008 according to the IAB. More specifically, we’re talking about $23.4 billion in 2008 versus 2007’s $21.2 billion.
I wonder, though, how things are faring in Q1 of 2009.
One thing is certain, though: Ad agencies and various companies are seeing how their customers are spending more time online. It only makes sense to make your presence felt on the internet, because that’s one of the places holding the attention of your target market.
