Attended a children’s party yesterday at the Acropolis Clubhouse. Got to see Vincent and Chichi Buita. Also saw Chin Lee. Congrats to Philip and Malot Coronel for a successful birthday party (fantastic balloons! truly a labor of love). The kids enjoyed watching the parade of pets.
Thank you also to the party host (didn’t catch his name), who assured the kids that there will be no dancing and singing. Nor was there the ever-popular “Bring Me…” game.
Instead, he had new games such as “Guess a Number from 1 to 30” for the kids, and “Hula hoop, skip rope, jellyace race” for the yayas. The Name-That-Disney-Tune was a blast (I hope the glasses and tables didn’t break from all that banging), and the Back-to-the-80s brought back fond memories… Didn’t realize there were so many parents who danced many a high school night away 25 years ago. They were able to name-that-tune in as quickly as half a second. 😀
