We noticed yesterday (July 8, Wed) that incoming messages from Globe numbers showed a receipt time that was 2.5 hours earlier. For example, if someone sent me a text at 10:30am, it would be marked as 8:00am
If a Globe number, on the other hand, tried to call my Globe number, the timestamp would show the correct time.
Calls and SMS texts sent from SMART numbers showed the correct time.
Perhaps there’s something wrong with the time settings in the Globe server that communicates with our phone, because other Globe numbers are not experiencing the timestamp discrepancy.
Will check with the Globe Telecom business office soon.
