Before, I thought all water-y fruits are cold. But it turns out, grape is actually hot (according to What Are Heaty And Cooling Foods?). This is probably due to the sugar content of grapes.
Argh. No wonder I have so much internal heat. I enjoy these too much: red and green pepper, chicken, coconut, coffee, garlic, ham, peach, shrimp, vinegar, walnut, mangoes.
