I signed up for the May 9, 2009 iBlog5: The 5th Philippine Blogging Summit. It will be held at the Malcolm Theater, UP College of Law, UP Diliman, from 8 am to 5 pm.
I remember the time I attended the first iBlog event. I gave a talk on podcasting. Boy, time sure does fly so quickly, and now I’m curious about how things have changed over the past 4 years.
I’m also excited to hear from other bloggers, because it is interesting to know their side, their stories, their thoughts, and their ideas. It’s also great to meet new bloggers and to exchange musings on how the Philippine blogging scene will transform in the coming months.
Yes, registration is free and I encourage you to register. If you’re curious, here’s the iBlog5 schedule.

- Preparing Bloggers for the 2010 Elections – curious about what the COMELEC thinks about you? Am looking forward to Janette Toral’s “The Bloggers Election Handbook” (see The Philippines Election Journal)
- Blog Advertising Situation in the Philippines – If you’re thinking of making money online, listen to what Yehey has to say.
- Blogging to the Next Level – you have got to listen to Fitz Villafuerte. Seriously.
I hope to see you there. Yes, I’ll share with you a few tips on how to make money online with AdSense. 🙂
