Lots of my friends are struggling with Ibong Adarna, and have been asking for summaries. The main difficulty comes from trying to comprehend the words in Tagalog / Filipino. Anyway, here are the Ibong Adarna summaries in English.

Why did I do this? It’s easier to handle the questions and comments using the WordPress system. In the old location of the summaries, I just used static webpages. People then emailed their inquiries, and the answers were emailed back to them only.
With WordPress, the questions and answers are shown on the webpage, and this will benefit others (even if they did not email the initial question). My remaining concern now, however, is whether the webserver + WordPress setup can handle the traffic. Static webpages handle heavy traffic better than WP blogs. Oh well… let’s see what happens.
To my SEO friends who are concerned about duplicate content issues, I’ve already made the necessary 301 redirects from the previous location of the summaries in Viloria.com, to the new URLs in Viloria.net 🙂
