Got to speak with Troy Palumar of SMART Customer Care, and here are some updates regarding SMART’s iChannel Daily Subscription which you may have seen in your Statement of Account…
Looks like SMART does not mention the iChannel Daily Subscription in their website (did a search on their site but there were zero results).
I’ve asked @SMARTCares in Twitter about it, and am awaiting their reply.
Based on feedback from Troy Palumar, their Customer Care group has not received any advisory regarding this. He advised me that it takes SMART Billing up to three (3) business days to give me feedback.
Now since my initial contact was made last December 27, 2012 then perhaps we’ll hear from SMART Billing by January 2, 2013.
Troy mentioned that iChannel may be related to livestreaming of GMA News or even Push Corporate Email.
He clarified, though, that it will be SMART Billing who will validate what those charges are truly all about.
