What does royalty-free mean? It means you may use the photos without paying the photographer each time you use the photo. In some cases, you just pay a one-time fee. In other cases, you may simply use the photos for free.
In the Stock Photos section of Viloria.net, the photographers are giving you permission to use the photos for free, for as long as your usage is non-commercial.
