You’ll find a number of Pinoy bloggers featured over at Animohosting.com, and here are their thoughts regarding the common mistakes some bloggers make…
Winners of the DigitalFilipino Web Awards 2008
Just wanted to congratulate the 34 Winners of the DigitalFilipino Web Awards 2008, and Ms. Janette Toral for another year of eye-opening firsts.
In the coming weeks, we shall visit and perhaps even feature the various blogs or websites and see if we can learn what makes them successful blogs. What you’re a personal blogger or a corporate blogger, you’ll surely glean numerous tips and nuggets of wisdom from the best practices of these notable bloggers.
Nuffnang Philippines Awards 68 Bloggers
Nuffnang Philippines recently chose 68 bloggers who helped promote the Nuffnang ad network. I’ll be posting the list of 68, and will eventually present some kind of write-up on some of those bloggers. In the meantime, here are the lucky bloggers who each got awarded around P500. Just remember, however, that the payout is somewhere around the P2,000 level (which means your blogs will first need to attract enough advertising revenues).
Funniest Blogs in the Philippines 2008
There’s an entirely different world of blogging that goes beyond the usual make money online, angsty experiences, travel, food, political, business, or tech blog. Yep, I’m talking about humorous blogs. It’s a good thing I happened to stumble upon JaypeeOnline.net’s 2008 Philippines 10 Funniest Blogs, which revealed me to the site known as KwentongBarbero.com (check out the delightfully long Final List)
Bloggers’ Choice Award – Macuha.com
The 2008 Philippine Blog Awards now allows people to vote for their blog of choice, and I choose Macuha.com (by Marhgil Macuha). Actually, I like more than one blog, but the rules state that we may choose only one blog.
Is each blogger allowed to vote only once? Or it is one vote per blog of each blogger?
Food Trip Tayo
Food Trip Tayo is a new food blog launched by PrudenceMadness.
Her first entry, Bake & Churn’s Affordable Ice Cream Cake, makes me want to head on over to SM and search for that stall. What did it for me? I dunno… perhaps it’s the large photos Dr. Tess features in her newest blog.
Warning: If you have a weakness for ice cream cakes, don’t head on over to that blog. 😀
